6.7: LID: China Locked in Date
6.27: Referral of Chun Xiao!!
8.2: PA: preliminary approval
10.17: Letter of Approval from China
11.7: I800 Approved (us adoption approval)
11.17: Cabled
11.22: Article 5 drop off (Visa for Emma)
12.6: Article 5 pick up
12.15: Travel Approval
1.18.12: Consulate Appt
